We need Election Inspectors and Challengers for the November General

Michigan Statewide General  •  Tuesday, November 3, 2026

Every precinct in Michigan needs trained Republican eyes on the process. Election Inspectors work inside the polls running the election. Election Challengers are credentialed under Michigan law to observe and document what happens at the polls.

What It Takes

  • Training is free — one session, in person or online.
  • No experience necessary. We teach you everything.
  • Serve in your own community, close to home.
  • One day on November 3 — or help work one of the 9 days of Early Voting.
When we have coverage, the process is transparent. When we don’t, no one is watching.

Two Ways to Serve

  • Election Inspector — appointed by your city or township clerk, you help run the polling place or the absent voter counting board. It is a paid position.
  • Election Challenger — credentialed by the party, you observe the process and document any irregularity you see.

Ready?

Fill out the volunteer form and we will connect you with your county Republican Party. It takes about two minutes.
